Streaming lost

Hi,
First of I'd like to take the chance to congratulate you on such a fine peice of work.
I'll explain my story,
I have a VPS server which I use rented from a company somewhere in Holland, I think, as my local conection line is very poor, so I use that for everything. 2 or 3 years ago, I donated to be able to use the video and music streaming.
That server broke, and I had to have another setup, I'm not very good with Linux systems so they did everything for me, installing diferent types of programmes ect. They have installed a newer version of Subsonic which runs fine, but my problem is that I no longer have video streaming, and I remember that if I donated way back then it was one donation and the use was for life. I have also read it in the FAQs, so I would like to know how I could recover my video streaming abilities, as I use this to watch films from home.
My domain was and IS called http://.subsonic.org . Maybe I had a number before, but I doubt it, but my gmail was the same. I would have no problem paying a fee to recover my old abilities, but a monthly payment would be imposible.
If any further details are necessary, please feel free to contact me and explain anything, but remember, I have very little knowledge of Linux, so if I have to change version, please send full instructions.
