Computer not scanning my files

Hello all. I have had subsonic for a few years. Picked it up after we lost "Audiogalaxy" (RIP). I love subsonic. For two weeks now I haven't been able to access my music on my Android Galaxy s3. The music appears on in my library, even when I refresh but when I hit play the square stop button appears and nothing plays. On my computer under setting and my libray my files are all selected. I tried "scan" button, nothing. I tried deleting all my folders and reinstalling 1 album folder. it appears on my phone but doesn't play. I've tried to "clean up database", when I do it gives me an error message. Ive deleated users and still the same problem. I originally had Google chrome and then switched to firefox. Deleted both and just used enternet Explorer. Nothing. After deleting all my folders, the window on the left still says that I have 1000s of songs. Also after adding a album folder and hitting scan, when I go to the home screen it doesn't show that anything is being scanned. I've uninstalled subsonic atleast 5 times and tried to install different versions but still noting...
Help Please!!!!!

I don't want to restore my computer but if I have too.. Any help would be nice.
