Custom domain name goes to my old IP

Someone please help me i've been going crazy trying to get this to work.

So i recently moved and have the same router so i i figured everything would work fine. Well it doesn't, everytime i go to cainmd.subsonic.org it goes to my old ip address at my old apt. if i replace my new ip in the url it works fine. i keep going to settings>network and trying to save the setting but it fails for the web address. it keeps saying "Status: Failed to test web address. Connection to http://subsonic.org refused (HttpHostConnectException)". im using port 4040 and it's forwarded just fine. I have a bunch of users and would prefer not to haveto reinstall and lose that data. Someone please help me, i'll owe you a beer.
