Can't connect outside of internal network

Postby ck100 » Mon Nov 03, 2014 3:37 am

Hi,

I can't seem to connect outside of my internal network. This started with version 5.0 upgrade. I am running Windows 7 64-bit and Java version 7 build 71. I am the only user setup in Windows and I do not have a password. I have completed the following and still can't connect with my outside IP:

- Checked for port conflicts (tried different ports)
- Auto port forwarding (Subsonic settings) and manual port forwarding on router
- Turning off Window Firewall
- Starting / restarting service and multiple reboots after all of the above

Does anyone have something else I can check?

Thanks,

Joe
