Empty artist folders

I have noticed there are a few artist folders that are empty when I select them in subsonic. However, opening the actual folder in windows shows all the music is still there. This just started happening in subsonic 5.0. I upgraded to 5.1, and no change (Windows 7). I tried clicking the "Clean-up database" link in Settings > Media Folders, in addition to "Scan media folders now", with no change. Furthermore, I deleted the folder from Settings > Media Folders and readded it, with no change.

Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it?

I just had the same thing happen to my most recent album that I added to my monitored folder. I'm thinking of downgrading from 5.1 to 4.9... Let me know if you find a solution (as will I).
