How can I reorganize my music for subsonic easily?

Hello

I currently have my music directory structured as \Music\Artist - Year - Album\Track.mp3
And I would really like to keep it structured like that for my foobar and for easily finding albums inside of windows explorer. If I do keep it this way though I'm missing out on a lot of features such as the related artists / radio in the newest versions of subsonic and I'd really like to use those features.

SO I heard there is a way I can use things called hard links or sym links inside of windows to create a link to my "Artist - Year - Album". I guess it just works like a shortcut to the other folder.

Does anybody know of an easy way I can hard link and rename my 3000+ Album folders from "Artist - Year - Album \ Track.mp3 " to "Artist \ Album \ Track.mp3 "
Has anybody else done this before?

I'm using Windows by the way.
