JWPlayer Streaming - Updated

Postby bmalone667 » Mon Feb 23, 2015 6:42 am

Problem Description: After I upgraded my Subsonic to 5 JWPlayer seems to default to a 2000 Kbps. If I leave it at that then the media buffers every few seconds. If I change it down to 400 or so it works fine. Is there a place to change this "default" setting?

Troubleshooting Steps: I have gone into the server looking at the jw-player-5.10.swf file looking for the defaults and I can't find them.

Playback Application and version: JWPlayer

Subsonic Version: 5.1 (build 4340) – January 26, 2015

Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_71, Linux (91.0 MB / 198.0 MB)

Hardware Platform: CentOS 6.6

I would also be interested in this. Not that it is hard to set it to 400 each time, but it would be nice if I could modify some code or if it was a setting.
