Folder rights resets after hardware server reboots

Hi

The rights resets after you restart the server subsonic i running on.
I have not tested if this is only the users that gets extra folder rights after they were created (all my folder rights are like this since i added folders after the users were created)
EDIT: Seems to work if i add the users after folders are added.

Running subsonic 5.2 on win 8.1 x64
Ps: if you have google+ photo APP on your phone or tablet, try setting subsonic app to default player and chose that as movie player. (work realy good)
have been sitting and testing many different players to play video since mx-player dont work for me any more, and this one does it best for now (if you dont have flash)
Downside is that not many "google tv´s" have the app.
