Built a new Win7 x64 Ultimate VM and reinstalled the latest Subsonic 5.2.1

Pointed the music folder to H:\ServerFolder\Music, ran the scan and the results made sense:

564 artists
1,063 albums
7,950 songs
82.93 GB
555 hours

The only problem is, not a single song shows up to play! I have a variety of different formats - mp3, wma, wma lossless and even a flac or two. Not a single one shows up, so I can play anything.

I am running plex on the same server and I removed the music folder from the plex library.

Suggestions?

How do you have your music organized?

/MusicDirectory/Artist/Track ?

I am having a similar issue. I also don't have an option in settings to choose my media folders anymore? See attachment. Any ideas gratefully accepted.

Registered just to post this because I looked all over for it and then finally found why.

Check the Users section in the Settings. I did not have access to my main library after a fresh 5.2.1 reinstall.
