Never get a reply to req for HELP. Did I do something wrong?

Hi guys

Tried several times to find out why SubSonic is not displaying correct sort for albums but never get any reply.

I included all the info I could gather as stated that you require in your "How to ask for help" post. I'd have thought I'd have gotten either "we need more info" or "there's no solution" kind of a thing, or even a "Me too!" post, but nothing!

I know it's obviously nothing personal but what is it? Could someone please seek out one of the posts I put up referencing this issue and at least try to point me in the right direction?

Are files tagged correctly?

Well, that would answer the question... If tags over-ride file titles then we have our answer. I never even looked at the tags at all! That /must/ be it.
The previous ver of SubSonic I ran used the file names by default.

Is there a way to tell v5.1 to sort by file-name rather than by a tag?
