Can't install on windows when C: drive is not the system

On my windows (weird as it may) the system is installed on H: (and you can't change it back to C:

Your windows installer tries to install things on C: so fails.

just use the standalone version, it is the "portable" version in a self-contained folder, and it is (automatically) platform independent, so in other words it runs just fine under windows.
