Playlist Separation (Enhancement Request)

I suggest the initial playlist screen to be divided into to sections. The top section would list "My Playlists" and only lists the playlists that I've created. The second section would be "Shared Playlists" that would lists all other playlists to which I have access, typically public lists created by other users. This would make it easier to find my playlists and not have them get lost amid the playlists created by others on the system.

Enhancements could be (but not required by this request) sorting the playlists by Name, Creation date, Modification date, and playlist creator.

I will add the separation to the TODO list. More advanced sorting options are still on the table, but I would probably worry about sorting options for directories before getting to playlists (when/if I decide to it).
