Subtitle on latest version

Has anybody been able to fix the subtitle issue that's been going around with the web player? So far I've managed to get it working but the issue with the time offset i.e. the subtitle goes out of sync with the movie when you change the time offset of the movie. Really need this fixed. Who can help?
