Moving server from Mac to Linux, want to preserve db

Anyone have an idea on how to do this? The version of subsonic on the Mac and Linux is the same (5.2.1).

OK, I moved the following files from /Library/Application Support/Subsonic/ to /var/subsonic/ and it seems to have worked:

db
jetty
lastfmcache
lucene2
thumbs

My accounts, etc are there. I had to enter my premium subscription info and set the new media library manually, but a cursory test seems to work.
