<-------------------------Subsonic Help Request---------------------->
Problem Description: I can't add my Subsonic account to my Sonos controller
Troubleshooting Steps: Followed the online instructions for activating Sonos via the Subsonic web interface, Stop/Start Subsonic on my Synology NAS, verified that I can still access Subsonic via the web portal both inside and outside my network, viewed the log file (see below).
Playback Application and version: Sonos Controller for PC Beta Version 5.4
Subsonic Version: 5.2.1 (build 4427) – March 4, 2015
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_72, Linux (114.7 MB / 196.2 MB)
Hardware Platform: Synology DS412+
Java Memory Limit: 512mb
Problem Filename: N/A
I keep getting the following error message when I try to add Subsonic to my music services in the Sonos Controller:
"The Subsonic server did not recognize your login information. If the problem persists, please contact Subsonic for help with your account."
I looked at the subsonic log, and I am seeing that the the Sonos music service is being enabled ok. Here are details from the Subsonic Log:

When I access Subsonic locally via the web portal, the URL I use is https://192.168.1.241:4041. I'm not sure if this is part of the problem or not.
