Transcode 24/96 FLAC to 16/44.1 FLAC for Sonos?

Is there a simple way to transcode 24/96 FLAC to 16/44.1 FLAC for Sonos and to not touch the FLAC files that don't need transcoding?

Ok, I created a flac event in the transcoding settings that kinda does that.

ffmpeg -i %s -c:a flac -ar 44100 -sample_fmt s16 -f flac -

However, it's reconverting all .flac files to 16/44.1 even the ones that don't need transcoding. Now, if some kind soul could pitch in with the trigger or an idea on how not to reconvert everything that would be amazing!
