Error message when run an .MKV file on linux - raspian.

Hi !

I run an Raspberry Pi with Rasbian the latest 2015-06-09, Subsonic V5.2.1
Whan I try to run an .MKV file I recieved the Error message...

" Video not found or access denied " ( I logged in as root , and the file property is "777" for the file and library )
it also sais ...
htto://myserver.se:4040/stream?id=108&p ... eOffesst=0

When I logged in from the Chrome Webviewer I'am "admin user"
The player that comes up is "jwplayer" that gives the error message I just wrote ...

No .MKV is played back and I also tried with .AVI without success.
