user-password credentials invalid after server reboot

Hi All,
I always have the issue, that all Settings and account password is gone after a Server reboot and Needs to be renewed with forgotten Password.
After this, it works until the Server Needs to be restarted.
Of course I clicked on save before and Logoff Login works too until the next restart.

Any suggestions?
