Subsonic Webpage "Not Found"

Postby DanTheTechMan » Sun Jul 26, 2015 9:45 pm

The subject pretty much sums it up. I've installed subsonic, and that's as far as I got. The webpage (which is "https://localhost:4443/index.view") reads as follows:

HTTP ERROR: 404

NOT_FOUND

RequestURI=/index.view

Powered by Jetty://

Any ideas on a resolution?

OS: Windows 10 Pro RTM (yes, I'm a windows Insider and have the final release early)
Access: None whatsoever (even loading the homepage fails).
Access method: Web Browser (Firefox)

Don't tell me it's not Windows 10 compatible, because I've had this issue on a previous OS (Windows 8 & Windows 7), so OS compatibility is NOT the issue. I just need to know how to get past the 404 error.

If you are accessing the web interface from your own wireless on your side of the router, there are a few things to check: is the service running, are you accessing the correct port, are you running java 8, is the windows firewall blocking access, have you tried chrome or I.E (or whatever the new one is called on windows)? Can you access the server with the mobile app?
