Subsonic on komu mini computer

Hello i want to buy a fanless mini computer to run subsonic at my home without fan noise.

I have found this mini pc called "komu" which run on INTEL BAYTRAIL Z3735F 64bit Quad Core processor at 2ghz with 32gb ssd, my music will be on an usb2 external disk.

Anyone can help me to verify if this kind of system can run fast the subsonic transcoding , with a Windows ten os?
