Cover Art from SD Card

I've been using Subsonic for a few years, and I've recently started playing my music on Subsonic through my phone's SD card rather than streaming from a server. Most albums do not have cover art when in offline mode, and I can't seem to find a way to get the cover art when I'm running Subsonic in offline mode. I've searched the internet and this forum for some way to do this, but I'm not finding any helpful suggestions. I've tried downloading cover art grabbers on my Android device, but they don't seem to be able to recognize the music folder I use for Subsonic. I'm storing my music files in the directory /Android/data/net.sourceforge.subsonic.androidapp/files/subsonic/music.

Does anyone know of an easy way to get cover art to display when using Subsonic in offline mode and reading files from the local SD card storage?
