My aspect ratios are messed up!

The aspect ratio of certain videos on my Subsonic server is behaving bizarrely, and these were videos that were previously without issue.

This issue doesn't seem to be consistent, and I know the files are the correct aspect ratio if launched in VLC.

Any ideas about what might be causing this issue, or how to resolve it?

I am also having this issue, have not had it previously and it is only on some movies - No reason that I can tell, same format as other movies that are working and as OP stated, this same movie is working fine in all other sources except subsonic?
