How to play my music on another computer?

Hi, have installed subsonic on my computer, but can't find out how to log on from another computer, do I have to install subsonic on the other computer to? :S

If Your Trying To Log In Internally From Then You Would Point Your Browser To Something Like http://x.x.x.x:Port Number
http://192.168.1.160:8080

If Your Trying To Log In Outside Your Network Then You Need To Find Your IP Address And Logging In Would Be Something Like:
http://67.29.44.108:8080

Make Sure To Port Forward Your Router To Allow Access To Whatever Port You Have Open In Subsonic And Also If Your Using Windows, Make Sure That Windows Firewall Also Allows Access To Either Subsonic Or Whatever Port Subsonic Is Using

You probably need to configure port forwarding in your router.

Locate the brand/model of router and with a quick google search you should be able to find the manufacturer's manual. It will instruct you how to accomplish this.
