No songs listed anywhere

I have no songs listed in the home page, nor on my phone. But the status says this:
1,251 artists
3,919 albums
31,229 songs
183.44 GB
2,164 hours

The website is just blank. Phone, set to All Folders, then I refresh, says 0 Folders.

Please note, this is a full rebuild from scratch because I had a database corruption that I could not resolve. I removed the application, then deleted all the Subsonic folders I could find. I have struggled with getting this back up and running a few times. Usually it is no big deal, but now I'm getting frustrated.

On recent releases, even the admin needs permissions, in Setings.
