No media folders found after switching from root user

Problem Description: I recently followed this http://unlockforus.com/installing-subsonic-music-streamer-in-ubuntu-server-10-04-lts-lucid-lynx-2/ to setting up subsonic without root, and now subsonic says "no media folders found...". I have my media folders in /home/dominic/Media
Playback Application and version: localhost webpage
Subsonic Version: 5.3 (build 4568)
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_66, Linux
Hardware Platform: Linux Mint 17.2
Java Memory Limit: 150 mb

From my understanding I just need to give the subsonic user access to the media folders? Anyway, thanks in advance.
