Unable to login with username and pass

I was able to install subsonic on my pc running windows 10 successfully. And after logging into browser I changed my password from control panel. And then I tried installing subsonic on my feral seedbox, but I am unable to use my previous login credentials there, although I am able to login with default username and password i.e.'admin . It's like starting afresh.?

Is it the way it should be or am I missing something. ? Sorry I if I am being a noob here, it's my first using a seedbox and service like subsonic.
