How to cast to Chromecast?

I've seen this funcionality should be available at least from my own domain *.subsonic.org, but can't seem to find it. Where can I find the cast icon/button?

1. I'm assuming you have the chromecast software extension installed on your device.
2. You are on the same network as your chromecast.
3. You are accessing subsonic server thru chrome browser or client app that supports chromecast (such as Dsub for android).

1. No sure sure which software extension. I just have Chromecast app installed on my phone...

3. Official client app, Subsonic, not DSub.

I don't think the subsonic music streamer android app is made for the chromecast. I could not stream either. I know DSUB for android works. If use a PC with chrome browser and the chromecast extension for the browser, it should work.
