Web interface won't load

Problem Description: Can't load my Subsonic page to stream music remotely. In my server computer Web interface it shows that my ports are forwarded correctly. In the Network tab it says at the bottom Status: Could not connect to *myname*.subsonic.org. (ConnectTimeoutException)
Troubleshooting Steps: Tried loading my custom *.subsonic.org URL from a remote computer
Playback Application and version: Chrome 46.0.2490.80 m
Subsonic Version: 6.0.beta1 (build 4676) – February 4, 2016
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_25, Mac OS X (116.2 MB / 133.5 MB)
Hardware Platform: Remote computer: Windows 7 Professional

I know you said your ports are forwarded correctly on your network, but are they allowed through your localhost firewall? I run my Sub instance on a windows machine which absolutely will not care about your network port-forwards until you make sure they are forwarded in Windows Firewall first.

My Mac OS Firewall is and was disabled.
