WAMP Server

Would love to set this up on my WAMP server but have been unable to, is there a tutorial or something that I could refer to for help?

Did you checkout the tutorials-section? There's quite a lot of information there, although not necessarily for every different system. It seems to me that Wamp is basically a windows-server no? You would probably want to look at the windows installer and installation guide.
