HTTP ERROR: 503

hey guys!

getting "HTTP ERROR: 503"

i tried all recommendations here from searching. i tried the db backup trick.

i even went as far as uninstalling subsonic, and rebooting. now with a fresh install. still getting issue.
is it java? i can roll back to an older version if need be. can someone shed some light on this issue please?

anyone having this problem, after uninstalling i went into my c:\ drive and deleted files left over after uninstall...reboot and then fresh installation brought it back up but lost all users,playlists, etc.

hope this helps someone in the future since i found no answers searching myself

I'm having the same problem. Tried what you said and the same thing happened. Was able to pull the Subsonic page up, but it was like a fresh install. All previous data is gone.

I still have the backups, but when I try to put the backup files back in the db folder, it goes back to the 503 error.

so you're Db is broken ... obsiously try to extract from it the settins that you need !
in the subsonic.script files are all the user settings .
