Auto Selecting Language on Multi Language Video

I added a video to my subsonic server, it has audio tracks for 4 languages; for some reason when I play it in subsonic it automatically starts using spanish; I'd like it to use english but I'm not sure how to change this, nor can I find anything on the forums. Any help/tips would be appreciated.

I'm also curious about how to enable embedded subtitles.
