Change location of subsonic database, etc folder

I'm currently using the windows version of subsonic v3.7. I have installed subsonic on F:\Program Files\Subsonic. When I start the windows service it creates c:\subsonic. I would like to change this to f:\subsonic as I like to keep the C drive just for the OS.

I have looked at the portable version and I can see that a Environment variable %SUBSONIC_HOME% can be created and then passed to subsonic-booter-jar-with-dependencies.jar.

Is their anyway to do this with the installed version as I still need to run subsonic as a windows service?
