I accidentally allowed my subscription to lapse. Help!

I'm renewed for the next year.

The problem is that I'm not near my media server. So I can't look up my IP address. So I can't configure my Subsonic account.

Is there any way to get at that information remotely? Is there anything I can do to salvage this? I won't be home until January 5, and my life in the the mean time would greatly benefit from access to my music.
