Hi,

The donate button not going away is a mistake on my part - I'll fix that in the next release. Sorry about that.

The right-hand side frame is primarily there in order to always show the "Now playing" info, but the chat is also placed there.

You can turn on or off both "now playing" and "chat messages" from Settings > Personal. If both are turned off, the entire right-hand side frame is removed.

Actually you may want to consider allowing folks running SubSonic (and who donate some minimum amount to you as publisher) to keep the donate button BUT make it configurable so donations can be configured to go to the person hosting the site!

I don't like it.. can I turn it off globally? But then I lose the now playing that I had before... Was THAT also in a frame? Don't think so... The new frame takes up way too much space on our smaller screens.

Yeah is there a setting to turn off chat globally? What if you don't want your users to chat with each other, or what if you don't want specific users to see chats / chat ?

In my case I am concerned with the screen real-estate that the new framed takes up so I am rolling back to 3.7.

I do like to see all the "Now Playing" on the right of the main frame but *not* in a new frame.

It fit well enough as a component in the previous version main frame. In ver 3.8 the main frame doesn't have enough room to fully display anymore.
