I search grab/ripp Tool with specialy functions

So i search a grab/ripp tool so recode my Musiccollection.

Sample: MP3 File 192 Kbit/s ripped and i will ripp all my collections to 160 kbit/s.

C:/Music/Top/Orginal MP3 192 kbits
encode to 160 kbits and replace C:/Music/Top/Orginal MP3

I will Drag the folders with sub-folders to program and encode all Files in the folders and sub-folders and replace the orginal files.

U understand what i mean ?

The problem is... i must copy all files to one folder for Ripp-Process!

I search a program what ripp files in the orginal folders and which the original files replaced.


I can not Copy all my files to one folder!!
That would mess up my whole order. I would like to avoid. And over 300,000 files that would be a great chaos.
I would like to reduce the download time, while I make the files smaller.


Does anyone know such a program?

What does this mean?
You need a program that will convert 192kb/s mp3 files to 160kb/s? is that all?

Sorry for tha last text. I mean Folders, Not Orders^^

The program should be able to edit individual folders. And at the same time.

I would not just have to copy each folder to grab individually.

The program should, in principle, can process multiple folders in a list.

That is what i mean^^ . Grab-programs I know plenty, just not with such a function.

An Idea ?

Acoustica Ripp the Files to another selected Folder. Its the same what all other programms can do.

What i mean....

I will this Folders grabb as one Step

I:\Musik\Folder 1

Track 1 <-grabb / delete / replace (before: 320 kbps, after 160 kbps)
Track 2 <-grabb / delete / replace (before: 192 kbps, after 160 kbps)
Track 3 <-grabb / delete / replace (before: 320 kbps, after 160 kbps)

I:\Musik\Musik New\Folder 2

Track 1 <-grabb / delete / replace (before: 320 kbps, after 160 kbps)
Track 2 <-grabb / delete / replace (before: 192 kbps, after 160 kbps)
Track 4 <-grabb / delete / replace (before: 250 kbps, after 160 kbps)

The command would be as follows:

Grabbing in process....
Delete orginal files in the folders...
Replace the orginal files in the orginal folders...
Done!

The music files here should be grabbed in the same folder where the original files are.

MediaMonkey can do it. (It might be one of the features that expires after 30 days though if you do not buy the program.)

In the Tool/Convert dialog you can select to replace the original files.

PS. Are you doing this because you have limited space for your music collection?

I would not recommend you to lobotomize your collection in this way to get room for more music.

To convert from CD->192->160 will not be as good as converting directly from CD->160.

I would instead bought me a bigger harddrive, or remove other stuff not needed. But then, most of my music is in (lossless) FLAC.

The problem is i have Subsonic on my computer. And i must buy new Hard Drives for more music. MY Music Data is over 300.000 Files. Subsonic and becomes slower with so many files. I have no idea whether it Subsonic is located, or on my PC. My System Requirements are 2.8 GHZ Dual Core and 2 GB of Ram. Unfortunately, I do not have anything to music on CD, so I have my songs get a little smaller.

I'll look at me the program once more. Thanks for the tip.
