After cleaning database, premium license gone

After a large Windows update, I was receiving 503 errors from my Subsonic. So I followed the directions to clean up a corrupted database, and it worked, but now I have a message saying "Get Subsonic Premium 28 day(s) left of trial". I can't seem to find any information on restoring my premium license after cleaning up the database. Can someone help?

If you have your key, you just need to enter it under Settings --> Subsonic Premium. If you don't have your key, you'll need to reach out to Sindre to get it.
