Player Number

Hi All,

Whenever a user logs in to play music they get a 'Player number' and this number seems to increase with each login. Does this number just keep going up? can I set a player number for each user?

From what I understand, each player that gets created is going off of ip address. So even if you have a player set, log in from a different IP address, it will create a new player for you. The way I manage these different players for all my friends is once they log in from work and home, then I have them set their players and then delete the ones that were created. Cause once you set your player from that ip, it will keep it.

Hint: Check the box "player has dynamic ip address". You will still get a ne w player for each user / connection type (browser, droid app, subAir) but different IPs should not create new players
