Media Folder not found

Hello,

I am now using subsonic for over 1 year and just had to move from win 7 to win 10. I re-installed subsonic (6.1.3) on win 10 and added the link to my music library in UNC format:
\\10.11.1.102\MP3 Current\mp3 (Lame)

In windows explorer the access works fine but in subsonic the media folder is not discovered (in win 7 before it worked fine).

What is wrong here?

Following the help process here some more information items required

Problem Description: Subsonic is not able to browse media folder on NAS. See first post.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Windows firewall was disabled.
2. Checked windows settings in Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall\Allowed apps
Subsonic can go through private and public network (private network is selected on NIC)
3. In services, subsonic service is active and logged in as local system acount (allow service to interact with desktop is checked)
4. copied some mp3 files to local c:\music and browsing works here
Playback Application and version: Standard Subsonic Web Interface
Subsonic Version: 6.1.3 (build e408c9) – October 31, 2017 same behaviour in 6.1.5 (also tested)
Server Version: Java build 1.8.0_191-b12 and Win10 build 1809
Hardware Platform: Intel PC
Java Memory Limit: 32768MB (on disk for temp files)
Problem Filename: NA no media folder browse possible on NAS
Output from ffmpeg -i: NA
