Simple transcode settings for FLAC --> OGG q5?

I had Subsonic installed for years using this setting, and I must have troubleshooted for hours when I initially set it up, of course, I didn't have the chance to copy the transcode settings when my server crashed.

Does anyone have any plug & play ffmpeg transcode settings for FLAC --> OGG q5?
Even more points for FLAC --> Opus96
