subsonic doesn't scan in new tracks

I run subsonic in docker on a linux server. Today I added some new music and checked afterwards after the scan time and the music was not there. the only way I can get new music to show up is disable the folder, clean up database and re-enable folder and click scan media folders now. Other than that, the program works. Please ELI5 on what I need to do and fix, this is getting tiresome to do, thanks.

The log showing that scan was started, but no errors, but new music I uploaded isn't in the list.

That log says nothing, have a look at other log files in VAR/LOG or VAR/APACHE or similar if you are having something like that, may be there are more informations. I guess in 90% it's a rights problem in Linux and not a subsonic problem.
