New license...nedd to connect to my old DDNS

I have recently moved Subsonic to a new computer, after many years of being a very happy customer. With the new computer, I also decided to buy a new lifetime license.I have a DDNS login registered with you as xxx.subsonic.org. I'd like to link this to my new subsonic account, if possible.

Can you help?
