Folder Not Found

I just migrated to a new machine running Ubuntu 20.0.4 and managed to load Subsonic, scan new media file location and play music when I am logged on using local IP address. When I change to public IP address to play music from outside of my network, I set the same folder location "/home/Music/FLAC" , save and get "Folder Not Found". This same procedure worked when I was running Subsonic on my Synology NAS. Permissions are -755 on /home/Music/FLAC. I have created a user name and set user is administrator and checked all the permission boxes. Port forwarding to 4040 is in place. Manually did this on my router.
