Weird (I think they are Playlists, not sure)

I have subsonic setup on OSX and streaming to my Android fine. Inside of the player and on my droid, I see the following what I think are playlists.

#
.bzvol
.fseventsd
.Spotlight-V100
.TemporaryItems
.Trashes

Each of these are clickable but contain nothing. I don't know what they are and how to remove them.

I should have looked at the files closer. In NIX land anything that starts with a . is a hidden file or folder. I didn't have Subsonic scanning my iTunes Library but the drive itself. Once I pointed it to the library folder, all of my music appeared at the top level.
