Hi deejay,

I must admit I some difficulties understanding the post, but I guess you are receiving an error message saying "Permission denied" when trying to upload a zip-file?

You need to make sure that the user that the Subsonic Server is running as has write-permissions to the upload-folder, in your case I:\Incoming

If you cannot figure it out, you could simply allow all users write-permissions to the folder: Right-click on the folder I:\Incoming, click on Properties, go to the Security-tab, choose or add the group Users to the list and grant all permissions except "Full control" to the group. That should do it :)
Currently without Subsonic due to hardware failure :(

Ahhh ok. I really wanted to upload the zip file in a folder does not exist yet. Normally this works these days with any software that it automatically creates a folder. This function there are apparently not yet. Although it owns the rights as an admin.

Well, that is not entirely the case. If you compress a folder of an album into a zip-file and upload it with auto-decompress activated in Subsonic, then the folder of the album should be created with all the songs in it.

Subsonic does not however create a folder with the contents of a zip-file. The folder must be within the zip-file.
