when users login using LDAP are able to login using, ex: user or User, why is it not case sensitive like when logging in using a site account?

Hi Steve,
That's because Subsonic doesn't check the credentials but your ldap-server does.
I suppose that you're using a windows domain server to check the credentials.
In that case user Johnjones kan log in as johnJones, johnjones etc.
The username isn't case-sensitive, only the password.

Is there anyway to make the subsonic website not have the username be case sensitive or for windows to be case sensitive for the username
