Scrollbars Everywhere- Nothing Seems To Fit

I had Subsonic installed on another computer, and everything displayed perfectly.

I'm intalling it on a new computer, and it's almost like the resolution is too low (even thought it's exaclty the same at 1280x1024) because none of the "frames" seem to fit- They all have scroll bars for some reason.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail. If I tell IE to display at only 95%, everything is perfect.

Please help! Thanks!
