Multiple players in dropdown?

Why is it that everytime I create a new playlist, I end up with a new player (I have player numbers 1, 7, 8, 10, 11 in my dropdown) (I'm using the flash player) Is it supposed to do this? Do I just delete them or is there something that needs to be fixed?
