Display Embedded Album Art in MP3

is there a way to display embedded album art? it seems that subsonic only picks up jpgs in the folder

Unless I am mistaken, then extract the images from the Subsonic mp3's. Which are invisible in the folders?!

Check in Mediamonkey if your embedded images have Descriptions. That was a problem for me - Subsonic got an exception trying to parse images with descriptions. I reported it here:

i have the same problem, some show the no coverart image and som show the browser "x" or in safari "?" for no image found. all of my mp3's have coverart.

i have added some coverart myself and some downloaded with itunes but i've used a script to embed itunes art into id3 tages. does itunes art come with description? can that be the problem?

would like to find a way to fix this! anyone?

I have the same issue. I manage my music in itunes. And I use TuneUp to get missing album art, etc. All album covers are visible in iTunes and on my iPhone. But Subsonic seems to drop album covers at random.
