Then your port forwarding isn't set up properly.

If you use Skype, look at the entries for Skype in the router to see how it's setup and then use as a template for Subsonic.

You don't need to set up UPD ports for SS.

The most common mistake is not setting the incoming port to "Any".

Looking at the picture you posted, can I guess that the "6000-6000" is source port and the "0-65535" is the destination port?

If so, you have it backwards... you want to open DESTINATION port 6000 from ALL source ports.

If not, post the top of the port mapping window so we can see the column headers from that table.

Yours look fine. Sounds like your ISP is blocking one of them...

Well I tried 8080,8081,6000, and several others... nothing seems to work. Why would the all of a sudden start blocking large chunks or all of my ports?

I've been trying to figure out what happened... I went on vacation for a week and when I came back I couldn't get SS to work outside the internal network. I also learned we had a thunderstorm while we were away. Could a power outage have somehow jacked up my router and that is what is causing the issue?

@HighlandRanger: What if you try adding a 0 in the left column (external port) for the two SS entries?

With the knowledge that you had a thunderstorm and lost power to the router, you might call the ISP and ask them for a replacement if nothing else works. Do you have screenshot(s) of your configuration from back when SS was working?

When It was working before I just had SS handle the port forwarding... it was only after that I tried manual port forwarding since it wasn't working.

This makes me think that you could try un-doing letting SS "handle" it, now that you have your router doing the port-forwarding... Have you tried changing the external port to 0 (zero) for the two SS lines?

Have you tested the other ports going to 192.168.1.114 from canyoouseeme.org to verify that they are forwarding properly?

Inside your network, what happens if you type http://192.168.1.254:8081 ?

I can't see any port on my list from canyouseeme.org they ALL time out.

inside my network from another computer if I type http://192.168.1.254:8081 I get SS!

I have tried with and without SSL

I'm thinking something is wrong with the router.
