Adding Genres to Database

Hello,
I am familiar with JavaScript but I can't seem to figure out how to Add a genre to the list of Genres. I see in the editTag.jsp page that there is an array made of Genres and it makes an option for each genre in the array. As far as I can tell, then come from a file somewhere. I listen to a lot of J-rock music, so I just want to add this Genre to the list.

Thanks. I guess what I can do is just change the javascript line that populates the Genre to a custom line that will list the Genres I want.

If I do it successfully, I'll just post what I did to do it, since there are a few others who want this feature.
